Stuff I Forgot to Write About

I had to educate myself on my video editing program in order to turn the enormous quicktime file into a smaller mpeg before I could load this to YouTube.  I hate Quicktime.  I never use it and the only reason it is on my computer is because it is bundled with every f*king iTunes download.  I need to remind myself to go fix the options on the stupid thing so the next time I upload some video it isn’t automatically made into a Quicktime file.

Enjoy Matt dancing like a midget.  He says I’m required by law to state that he was drunk at the time, but…well, I don’t like to lie.

 Two weeks ago our washing machiene broke mid-cycle.  It was Saturday and even though all our whites were still sitting in bleach water it was not considered an emergency.  We had to wait until I got off work the following Monday for someone to come fix it.  Luckilly they were out quickly and fixed it even quicker.  The funny thing was watching Matt pulling bleach-y clothes from ice cold water and tossing them in the laundry basket.  We both hauled the basket upstairs and dumped the clothes into our bathtub.  While we sat rinsing the clothes and wringing them out like we were headin’ across the Oregon Trail on a wagon train, Matt admitted that this was his worst laundry situation.  To which I had to confess the stories of my childhood.  I dare not share them here to save face for my parents, but suffice it to say that he considered himself lucky to have a bathtub to wring our clothes out in once I had finished.  Oddly enough I told it all to him with a smile on my face, like it was such a silly little anecdote and he would laugh with me when I’d finished.  But that is how I look back on all the not so PC parts of my life.  I just have to smile.
